Welcome to the Agachoun restaurant! From April to November, each year, we open the doors of our establishment to locals and tourists. We offer you gourmet and appetizing moments, in a pleasant setting with a friendly and warm atmosphere. It is a traditional and Provençal cuisine that is honored on your plates. The local products that you will find are carefully selected. Make yourself comfortable on our superb terrace or in the warm dining room and simply enjoy your meal with friends, family, couples or work colleagues. 

Regional cuisine

In our hotel-restaurant in Joucas, we offer traditional and Provençal cuisine, with notes of originality and modernity. Regional and seasonal products are featured in each of our dishes. We are locavores, so we work directly with local producers as much as possible. The menu changes regularly according to the seasons, arrivals and the inspirations of our chef. Meet the chef - Franck Manenq

The chef is from Aveyron. He was chef for 15 years at the family restaurant La Ribote in the Lot, before working for 7 years with his mentor, Felix Barel, at Relais & Châteaux Le Cagnard in Cagnes-sur-Mer. He then worked as a private chef for individuals, before settling in Joucas. 

Franck Manenq loves the flavors and products of Provence, which is why he works directly with local producers and showcases sun-drenched dishes on each of his plates. This lover of traditional Provençal cuisine enjoys revisiting recipes and adding his personal touch.

Privatization for your events

For your private events such as birthdays, family meals, group gatherings or cousinades, you can privatize part or all of our restaurant in Joucas. The wine and cocktail bar

Outside, in front of the restaurant, we are going to open a cocktail and wine bar. In the evenings, find yourself in a lounge atmosphere and take advantage of our generous cocktail and wine list. To accompany your moments of gluttony, we will offer you tapas. Come and enjoy the sunset over the Luberon and the swimming pool, from the terrace of our wine and cocktail bar.

Our hotel-restaurant in Joucas is open from April to October. You can come and enjoy Provençal cuisine for lunch and dinner, every day. We close the doors of our restaurant on Wednesday, all day, and Saturday noon. Book your table on the pretty terrace with a view of the Luberon or in our cozy dining room for all your meals.
